An enclosed RV option in Midtown
Best Storage Alaska — Midtown at 2200 Seward Highway lists RVs in its enclosed vehicle-storage section. Its separately advertised heated household units do not establish heated RV storage. Bay dimensions, door clearance, electrical service, and RV access arrangements remain unconfirmed. Ask for a fit check, the available space, and a complete RV quote before reserving. Include rooftop equipment and any attached carrier when providing vehicle measurements.
Covered parking, longer rigs, and electrical service
Lake Otis publishes a 13×32-foot covered back-in option, alongside uncovered 35- and 40-foot parking. Its description gives a 32-foot vehicle length limit for the covered space but no numeric roof clearance. Measure rooftop equipment as well as the vehicle itself before asking whether that option fits.
For longer setups, Store & Sell lists a 50-foot pull-through space, while A1 lists pull-through lengths up to 45 feet. These are advertised parking dimensions, not a promise about turning room or space for a tow vehicle. Give the operator your total parked length, including the hitch, trailer, or attached equipment.
A1 and 76th Park and Store advertise temporary power outlets. AK Secured advertises power for selected lot rentals. None of these descriptions establishes a dedicated 30- or 50-amp connection for every RV space. Ask whether your particular space has power, what use is permitted, and whether there is an additional charge.
Compare access and the full rental price
Access hours matter if you leave before dawn or return late. Storite publishes daily access from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Tope publishes 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. A1 and 76th list 6 a.m. to midnight, with extended access subject to approval or request. Several other operators advertise 24-hour renter access. Check the gate policy separately from office hours.
As checked on October 13, 2026, Lake Otis’s rental page listed uncovered 11×35-foot parking at $160 per month, uncovered 11×40-foot parking at $180, and covered 13×32-foot parking at $225. These are dated advertised examples, not current quotes or availability promises. Confirm any fees, insurance requirements, minimum term, and the exact space before paying.
When requesting quotes, use the same vehicle dimensions and storage dates for every facility. Ask about winter retrieval arrangements, gate procedures, cancellation notice, and whether another vehicle can remain on the property. An option that fits your trip schedule may be more useful than one with a lower advertised price but inconvenient access.

Operator pages were checked October 13, 2026. We have left unconfirmed power, clearance, and pricing details open instead of treating missing information as a “no.” Some operator pages conflict: 76th gives different surface descriptions, and AK Secured gives two street numbers. Confirm those details directly before relying on them.
